The winemaking pavilion also has 36 storage and stabilization tanks of different capacities, where the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation<\/strong> and the first rackings are carried out. Finca Antigua also works with several research and development projects with micro-elaborations in tanks of only 200 liters to follow and analyze the different results with experimental varieties<\/strong> and different coupages<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
