Each month, the vines go through different stages that define the final result of the harvest and, therefore, the wine we will enjoy in the future. Below, we explore month by month the work and changes that take place in the vineyard.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>January: the dream of the vine<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>In mid-winter, vines are in dormancy, a state of deep rest. From the inflorescence the flower is born, and by pollination we begin to see the fruit set, the conversion to fruit. <\/p>\n\n<p>Labor:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Leaf removal to improve plant ventilation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Weeding, to clean the vine of all stems and shoots.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Constant monitoring of pests and diseases.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>June: flowering and fruit set<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The vine enters a critical phase: the flowers turn into small grape berries.<\/p>\n\n<p>Labor:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pest control to protect flowering.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vigor management through topping or thinning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>July: veraison, the change of color<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The grapes are growing and ripening.
