When you look at a Familia Mart\u00ednez Bujanda bottle, you are not only looking at a product. You are contemplating decades of tradition, the passion of five generations and the reflection of the land we love. That is why we wanted each element of our labels to have a purpose: to tell you who we are and where we come from. <\/p>\n\n

The name: our identity made wine<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

The name you see on each bottle is not a coincidence. It is the identity of the wine, and often refers to the estate, plot or concept that inspires its elaboration. When you read “Finca Valpiedra”, “Finca Antigua” or “Vi\u00f1a Bujanda”, you are connecting with the history of our vineyards, with the place where those grapes that now rest in your glass were born. <\/p>\n\n

The appellation of origin: our certificate of authenticity<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

This small indication D.O.Ca. Rioja<\/strong> o D.O. Rueda<\/strong> is not just an official seal. It is our promise that our wines meet the highest quality standards and come from the terroir that best expresses their character. It is our commitment to excellence, backed by centuries of winemaking tradition. <\/p>\n\n

The year that appears on our labels tells a different story. 2019 was the year of generous rains that gave freshness to our reds. 2020, challenged by the pandemic, gave us grapes of extraordinary concentration. Each vintage is a unique chapter in the history of our wines, influenced by the weather and guided by our care. <\/p>\n\n

Varieties: the DNA of each wine<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

When we detail the grape varieties, we are giving you the keys to understand the personality of each wine. A Tempranillo will speak to you of strength and elegance, a Verdejo of freshness and minerality. This is the “raw material” that we interpret every year in our wineries. <\/p>\n\n

These numbers are not just technical data. They give you a preview of the intensity of the experience you will live. A wine with 13% vol. promises you body, structure, a wine with 12% elegance and subtlety, freshness and lightness. As of 2024, we have gone one step further. Each of our bottles includes a QR code<\/strong> that opens a digital window to information that was previously invisible.
