Description
Viña Bujanda Viura D.O. Rioja is a quality varietal wine from vineyards in Rioja Alta and Rioja Alavesa made from the Viura grape variety, also known as Macabeo.
It is a fresh white wine with floral notes and a long finish. Wine recommended to drink with fish, seafood and soft cheeses.
Color:
Bright and clear, with a lemon-yellow color and greenish highlights. Crystal-clear and glyceric.
Nose:
Medium-high intensity, with floral aromas of pineapple, green apple, white flowers, and freshly cut hay.
Taste:
A fresh attack with great body, leading to a silky, smooth mouthfeel. A long finish with a very fresh aftertaste.
Pairing:
Especially recommended for fish, shellfish, and mild cheeses. It also pairs perfectly with pasta au gratin and rice dishes with fish and vegetables, such as arroz caldero.
