Familia Martínez Bujanda in 2008, buys 25 hectares of vineyards of the Verdejo variety in the town of Rueda, and builds the Finca Montepedroso winery (inaugurated in 2012), for the production of whites with the personality of a unique terroir in the heart of the Rueda DO.

In this lot you will find 1 bottle of Finca Montepedroso and 1 bottle of Montepedroso Enoteca, two authentic Verdejo wines from Rueda.

Finca Montepedroso Verdejo on lees (D.O. Rueda) is a clean, aromatic, high quality white wine from Rueda obtained by aging on lees. Velvety and silky, as well as with a good structure, it represents a great example of fruity wines made from the Verdejo grape. In short, this is a very good wine with a long and elegant taste, with clear notes of fennel and aniseed. A modern classic Rueda wine that pairs perfectly with white meats, fish, seafood and sushi.

Finca Montepedroso Enoteca (D.O. Rueda), a limited edition of high quality white wine that is only released in exceptional vintages. A Verdejo wine from Rueda aged for 14 months in concrete eggs. Subsequently, this great wine remains in bottle for a year. It is a very mineral fruity wine with notes of smoke, limestone and incense. Bright, unctuous and long, it is one of the best wines from Rueda, which makes it a great white wine to give as a gift.
