On August 12, Finca Montepedroso invites you to experience a unique night in the heart of the Rueda Wine Route. An exclusive event where the landscape of the vineyard becomes the stage to contemplate the eclipse in a privileged environment, accompanied by wine, music and fine cuisine.

• Starting time: 18.30h – Shuttle from Rueda from 17.30h to 18.15h (last service).
• End time: 00,30h – Shuttle from Finca Montepedroso from 00,00h to 1,00h (last service).

An experience designed to enjoy the sky from the ground, with all the senses.

Guided eclipse observation

The activity will count with the collaboration of AstroaficiónAstroafición, a company specialized in astronomical divulgation, will offer a guided explanation of the phenomenon and will accompany the observation with professional material (professional solar telescopes equipped with approved filters, special binoculars for solar observation and a gift of certified glasses).

In addition, coinciding with the maximum activity of the Perseids, the evening will also allow you to enjoy the most awaited star shower of the summer, adding even more magic to the sky that night.

What will we be able to observe?

With professional astronomical telescopes we will explore:
– Planets of the Solar System
– Nebulae
– Double stars
– Star clusters
– Galaxies

In addition, we will take a guided naked eye tour of the most important constellations and stars in the summer sky, using powerful laser pointers to clearly identify each object.

Gastronomic dinner provided by Trigo Restaurant

The experience is complemented by a culinary proposal designed by the Trigo Restaurantwhich will offer a cocktail dinner carefully prepared to harmonize with Familia Martínez Bujanda wines and the exceptional character of the evening.

Visit to the winery

There will be a wine tour of the winery to learn how we make Finca Montepedroso’s Verdejo white wines and the secrets of aging on lees.

Ambient music in the vineyard

The evening will be accompanied by music that will create the perfect atmosphere to enjoy the scenery, the moment and the emotion of the encounter.

Cancellation policy – Eclipse Experience Finca Montepedroso

Finca Montepedroso reserves the right to cancel the activity if the minimum number of participants required is not reached. In this case, the full amount paid will be refunded.

Cancellations by the client:

• Up to 30 days before the event: free cancellation and 100% refund of the amount paid.
• Between 20 and 30 days prior to the event: a charge of 50% of the reservation amount will be applied.
• From 20 days prior to the event and up to the same day: 100% of expenses will be applied, with no right to refund.

The realization of the event is subject to weather conditions. In the event that adverse weather factors (cloud cover, fog or other circumstances beyond the organization’s control) prevent the correct observation of the astronomical phenomenon planned, an alternative activity will be offered.

The impossibility of observing the phenomenon due to weather conditions will not entitle to a refund of the entrance fee, as these are external circumstances beyond the control of the organization.
