Cueva del Granero Orange Wine is a white wine made from Viura grapes, which ferments and matures with its skins for 6 months until it acquires its characteristic orange tones.
An exclusive wine, with only 4,000 numbered burgundy bottles, to commemorate our 135 years of history. You will be seduced by its color and unique flavor.
Color:
Slightly orange, with amber tonality due to the maceration with its skins.
Nose:
It evokes fruity memories of melon, custard apple and apple, along with subtle aromas of white flowers that give it elegance. It is a complex and very mineral wine.
Taste:
Its vibrant and refreshing acidity enhances its structure. Intense stone fruit and citrus flavor with notes of ripe peach. With a subtle appearance of tannins due to the maceration with its skins. It is silky with a long and persistent finish.
Pairing:
Suitable for cured and hard rind cheeses, as well as fish dishes with citrus sauces or marinades and Mediterranean meals. It is also perfect to accompany Japanese-inspired food.
