Description

Infinitus Moscatel, a very aromatic sweet white wine with natural carbon dioxide that adds freshness and bubbles. It is a wine from Tierra de Castilla made with small-grain Muscat, one of the oldest varieties in the world.

This wine is recommended for aperitifs, desserts and even with spicy food where the sweetness and versatility of this fresh wine perfectly assemble the flavors.

Color:
Lemon yellow color. Clean, bright and crystalline with dense tears and light carbonation.

Nose:
High aromatic intensity, with clear varietal traits. Aromas of rose petal, jasmine and white flowers stand out, as well as fruits such as peach and apricot. Very complex and pleasant.

Taste:
Smooth entry with a silky and sweet, yet fresh and tasty finish. Long aftertaste with hints of flowers in retronasal.

Pairing:
Appetizers and tapas where cheeses and poultry pates predominate. Chinese, Japanese and Indian food.
