THE TERROIR HAS ITS RHYTHMS, AND WE ARE CONFIDENT THAT THIS WILL BE A GOOD VINTAGE.

The force of nature takes its course. Although many of us have to stay at home, protected from this pandemic, the vineyard continues to move forward, preparing to start its vegetative cycle and give us its best. Even though the whole country is at a standstill, the weather, the soils and the sun continue to work for us.
Without haste, without control, without rigidity, because they do not respond to man, or to commercial decisions or market demand. Wine is a natural product and cannot be accelerated, and this is one of its best virtues.
In one week we officially enter spring, the time of flowering. The weather will improve, with warmth arriving earlier in some farms and regions and a little calmer in others. It is a matter of reaching a somewhat higher average temperature that will bring the plant back to life, that will make the sap circulate through the vine again, that will awaken it from its hibernation. From there, flowering, grapes, veraison, and for sure a great harvest and better wines.
All confined and the vineyard doing its time, to finish, offering us the wonderful experience of drinking a landscape. For this reason, drinking wine at this time is also a vindication of freedom, of enjoying sunsets in the countryside and the wonderful landscapes of our vineyards. Soon we will be toasting with great wines, because the terroir follows its rhythms.
