Explore Finca Valpiedra in a truly unique way with the “Soul of Valpiedra:4×4” experience. Set in a privileged location within a meander of the Ebro River in Rioja Alta, this 4×4 vineyard tour allows you to fully immerse yourself in our landscape. As you travel through our pebble-stone vineyards, you will discover the heart of the Gran Pago Valpiedra Estate.
Along the way, you will learn firsthand about vineyard work, the vine’s annual cycle, and how the terroir shapes the personality of our wines. As a result, this dynamic and close-up experience connects you with the true essence of wine: the land.
Finca Valpiedra is a leading example of the entrepreneurial spirit of Familia Martínez Bujanda, who began building the winery in 1994 on a privileged family-owned vineyard. Moreover, the estate follows the classic Bordeaux style, with a single vineyard producing four wines exclusively from its own grapes:
- Finca Valpiedra Reserva, our flagship wine, a blend of Tempranillo, Graciano, and Maturana—elegant, mineral, and a true reflection of our terroir
- Cantos de Valpiedra Crianza, a 100% Tempranillo, fresh and fruity
- Petra de Valpiedra, a 100% Garnacha wine paying tribute to traditional Rioja
- Finca Valpiedra Reserva Blanco, a rare gem from the estate
All of them are shaped by the estate’s exceptional conditions for vine growing. In particular, its unique microclimate and stony soil—composed of pebbles and limestone—define the character of each wine. Finca Valpiedra is member of Grandes Pagos Asocciation, an exclusive and small group of wineries distributed throughout the national geography that, with unique vineyards and their own personality, claim the authentic terroirs of the country.
In summary, this experience includes a 4×4 vineyard tour, a guided winery visit, and a tasting of Cantos de Valpiedra Crianza and Finca Valpiedra Reserva, accompanied by an aperitif.
