Description
Infinitus Merlot is a red wine with garnet tones and ruby reflections. Fresh and clean wine characterized by the structure and acidity of the Merlot grape, typical of the most distinguished wines.
Good organic wine ideal to accompany the day to day with an elegant touch and delight you with its aromas of red fruits and spicy touches with hints of truffle and blackberry.

Color:
Covered in color, with garnet tones, ruby and cherry reflections; clean, bright and crystalline. Colored and abundant tears.
Nose:
High intensity highlighting the notes of white flowers (jasmine, orange blossom, chamomile …) along with red fruits and balsamic, very complex to glass stopped and fresh sensation on the nose.
Taste:
The start on the palate is very sweet with a silky and creamy mouthfeel. Fine tannin structure and good acidity perfectly balancing the alcohol. Long aftertaste, it has a good retronasal with balsamic and sweet memories.
Pairing:
Especially suitable for Japanese cuisine and pasta dishes with sweet and sour sauce. It enhances rice dishes without sauces and is perfect as an accompaniment to grilled meats.
