Description
Infinitus Syrah is a red wine with intense purple and violet colors typical of the Syrah grape. A good wine with bright and clean nuances, characteristics that reflect the essence of a young wine of this variety.
Mineral and terroir character. Young organic wine from Tierra de Castilla with great structure and very balanced acidity.

Color:
Intense purple color of high intensity, opaque. Violet color with bluish reflections. Dense and tinted tears.
Nose:
High intensity with predominant aromas of black fruits, blackberries, blueberries, blue flowers (violets, lilacs…), inkwell. Mineral and terroir character.
Taste:
Oily but showing great structure due to the fine tannins of ripe grapes, it does not show aggressiveness despite its structure. Acidity very balanced with the alcohol, without emphasizing any of these characteristics over the other.
Pairing:
Ideal as an accompaniment to rice and pasta dishes. It is the perfect pairing for white meats such as grilled chicken and turkey or in sauce.
